today i attended my first online oa meeting at http://www.therecoverygroup.org/meetings/. they have online oa meetings EVERY 3 hours - isn't that great??? if you are ever having a bad day and need some encouragement or just need to lurk and hear that someone else is struggling with their overeating today - you now have a place to go.
